The unique robust core wire have a high electrical and chemical strength which therefore makes the element strong and flexible.

Heatworx Floor heating can be used under all floor types, namely: Ceramic tiles, fitted carpets, loose rugs, natural stone, slate or marble, solid woods and laminates, vinyl floors, coloured and natural screeded floors.

Carpet heating

The carpet heating pads lie between the underfelt and carpet and can be installed under any modern polypropulene, hesian backed or woven carpets but not under rubber or foam backed carpets.

The unique heating wire is teflon insulated ensuring greater flexibility and strength.

Three layers of aluminium act as a safety earth shield over the elements.

Because aluminium has a high heat conductivity the heat is evenly and effectively distributed.

A wide variety of heating pads are available to suit every room.

Undertile cables

The undertile heating cables can be installed directly beneath almost any floor covering and can accommodate all shapes and sizes.

The warmth can be felt within 30 minutes depending on the floor covering.

The heating cable has been designed to never overheat and has been factory tested at 5000 volts.

The cable is extremely strong, waterproof and the outer layer insulation is resistant to chemical attacks, therefore giving you years of trouble free floor heating. All our elements are legal in Wet Areas

heating element must be connected through an earthed power supply and connected to an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB).

All metal objects in bathrooms like taps etc. must be interconnected to the same earth (equipotenial bonding).

Infloor(cut in system)

The In Floor heating cable is cut +/-2mm-8mm directly into any type of floor covering i.e. concrete, tiled floors etc. This system can be used for Domestic and Commercial use and more and more clients are requesting this type of system. What makes this system unique is that the heating cable is well protected from any possible damage due to it being cut directly into the floor and it is completely dustless Only high tech equipment as well as highly trained and skilled staff are used to cut the heating cable into the floor.

Under laminate heating pads

The underlaminate pads lie between the underlay and the laminates.

It is important to check with the laminate manufacturer whether their product is suitable for use with radiant heating.

The underlaminate heating pads must cover 90% of the floor area and it is vital that the floor temperature does not exceed 27 degrees.

We recommend that you use a floor sensor with your thermostat to control the floor temperature.
